Tools for wood working shop can be divided in following categories-
* Stationery tools
* Mobile tools.
Stationery tools are heavy, huge tools and essential for any shop.
1. Combination of table saw and table router- this is the vital tool mostly placed in the heart of the shop. It requires large area around so as to enable working with large wood pieces.
2. Workbench- close to this a shop requires strong workbench to facilitate comfortable handling of wood.
3. Motorized chisel- this is essential for carving of wood.
4. Power planer- a very important tool to fine cut the woods. It helps in cutting parallel surfaces.
5. Oscillating spindle-sander- it is a tool to comfortably make sanding curves.
6. Jointer- an essential tool without which no woodwork is complete.
7. Set of tool cabinets- this should be ideally placed close to workbench to allow undisturbed work to the wood worker.
